This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit this website, technical access data (including IP address, browser type, time of access) is automatically stored in server log files. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable provision of the website). The servers are located exclusively in Germany.
5. Contact Form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your information (name, email address, message) is stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.
Processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR, provided your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).
Technical processing
Your form submissions are processed entirely on our own server at ALL-INKL.COM
(see Section 4). No external form service provider is used. Your information is
processed server-side via a PHP script and forwarded directly by email to our
contact address (info@codinggorillas.com). No further storage of the form data
takes place.
6. Cookies
This website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We distinguish between technically necessary cookies and optional cookies.
Technically necessary storage – We store your cookie consent in your browser's local storage. This is necessary so that your decision is not requested again on your next visit. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the error-free provision of the website).
Optional cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) are only set with your explicit consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage. Without consent, no analytics or tracking data is collected.
7. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics is only used if you have explicitly consented to the use of analytics cookies via the cookie banner. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR.
We use Google Analytics with Consent Mode v2 enabled. Without your consent, no tracking data is transmitted to Google. With consent given, Google Analytics collects the following data:

- Browser type, operating system, screen resolution
- Source of the visit (e.g. direct, search engine, referral)
This information is stored on Google's servers, potentially including servers in the United States. Google LLC has agreed to the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, which ensure an adequate level of data protection.
Data collected via Google Analytics is automatically deleted after 14 months.

8. Fonts (Google Fonts)
This website uses the typefaces "Antonio" and "Inter" from the Google Fonts library. The font files are fully self-hosted on our own server at ALL-INKL.COM (see Section 4). No connection is made to Google's servers, and no data (in particular no IP address) is transmitted to Google.
